Sylvia A. Burrier
Sylvia A. Burrier, age 98, went to be with the Lord, August 1, 2024 at Altercare in Coshocton.
Born June 26, 1926. She was the daughter of the late Floyd and Ella (Stein) McCormick. She was married to the late Archie Burrier. She attended the Church of Christ in Christian Union and loved her church family. She was a precious soft spoken Christian lady who loved her family and who never had a bad word to say about anyone.
She is survived by her two daughters, Pat (Gary) Shryock, Karen (Denny) Durben; daughter-in-law, Elaine Burrier; brother, Floyd McCormick; step sisters, Mary Hunt and Joann Hannahs; grandchildren, John and Mike Shryock, Angie (Curtis) Goehring, Sherry Burrier; and four great grandchildren, Lindsey, Lauren, Ellie, and Evan Goehring.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandy Bebout Chaney; son, Terry Burrier; sisters, Pauline Burrier and Norma Barker; brothers, John and Donald McCormick; half-brother, Raymond McCormick; step brother, Jim Cutshall.
Private services will be held by the family. Burial will be at West Lawn.
