Wanda Johnson

Wanda Johnson, 84, of West Lafayette passed away Friday, September 16, 2022 at the Coshocton Regional Medical Center.  She was born in Coshocton, Ohio on June 27, 1938 to the late Clyde and Clara (Steffe) Leindecker.

Wanda graduate from Fresno High School and worked at Pretty Products for 23 years before retiring.  She enjoyed playing bingo, doing word searches and puzzles.

She is survived by her children Shirley Johnson of Coshocton, Ed (Teresa) Johnson of West Lafayette, John Johnson of West Lafayette, Ronnie Johnson of Coshocton, and Andrea Johnson of Columbus; 9 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; siblings Mary Bickel, Dean (Lavada) Leindecker, Janice Sittel, Margaret Darr, Mark (Sandy) Leindecker, Beverly (Dale) Weller, and Lloyd (Ruth) Leindecker; and several nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Johnson Jr., who passed away November 1969; son William Johnson; and sister Dorothy Klusty; brothers-in-law Jim Darr and Walter Sittel; sister-in-law Sandy Leindecker.

Friends may call at the Miller Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 from 11:00am – 1:00pm with funeral services beginning at 1:00pm with Pastor Dan Eggan officiating.  Burial will follow at Franklin Cemetery. An online memorial is located at www.themillerfuneralhome.com.
