Warsaw man dies in single vehicle accident
On May 17, 2020 at 8:35 p.m. dispatch received a 911 call in reference to a single vehicle accident on State Route 541 near the intersection of Township Road 54.
Once on scene EMS personnel stated the driver, Donald G. Folmer, a 73 year old Warsaw man, was deceased. After the initial investigation by deputies it was determined that the male, who was not wearing his seat belt, was traveling west on State Route 541 in Bedford Township in a 1998 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck, when he went off the left side of the road and struck some trees. The name of the male is being withheld pending the notification of family.
Assisting deputies at the scene was the Walhonding Valley Fire District, Coshocton County EMS, the Coshocton County Coroner and Prince’s Wrecker Service. This incident remains under investigation by your Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office.
