Wayne County man involved in accident
On March 9, 2021, at approximately 10:52 a.m., the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call reference to an injury accident at State Route 16 and State Route 83.
Upon arrival of deputies, it was determined that Johann D. Kaspar, 44-years-old, from Wayne County, was operating a 2005 Honda Motorcycle. Kaspar was on State Route 16 westbound at the traffic light and accelerated laying his motorcycle on its side. Kaspar was not injured and declined a report.
