West Lafayette clubs start lease a flag project

| May 6, 2020

The Rotary and Lions clubs of West Lafayette are working together on a lease a flag project.

The flags are currently flying as a show of patriotism as the country deals with COVID-19. They also will be displayed for Memorial Day, Flag Day, July 4, Labor Day, and Veterans Day.

The cost is $25 to lease a flag for the year. The fee can be paid in cash or check. There are applications available at the General Store or you can mail a check to the General Store, 101 E. Main St., West Lafayette, OH 43845. If mailed be sure to include your name, address, email, and phone number. All checks are to be made out to the West Lafayette Rotary Club.

The profits from this project will be split between the clubs and used to support local projects. For more information, call Dan Hardesty at 740-610-6068 or Jay Davis at 740-294-0524.
