West Lafayette Police Department Report for Apr. 01, 2018
On Mar. 31, 2018 the West Lafayette Police Department investigated the following:
Elizabeth F. Holskey, Of Etna, Ohio was cited for expired license plates and driving while under a financial responsibility act suspension.
Randy J. Harris, of Newcomerstown was cited for one headlight, no operator’s license and possession of marijuana.
Officer received a parking complaint in the 100 block of South Kirk Street.
George W. Payne Jr., of Newcomerstown was cited for no operator’s license
