Officer stopped a vehicle for traffic violations and upon investigation, Shaniqua M. Walker, of Coshocton was cited for speed, 37mph in a posted 25mph zone, failure to dim bright lights, expired plates, OVUAC, OVI Low Test, and underage consumption.
