West Lafayette Police Department Report for Jan. 11, 2018
On Jan. 10, 2018 the West Lafayette Police Department investigated the following calls:
Benjamin D. Wills, of West Lafayette, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device and driving under a financial responsibility act suspension and for a felony warrant out of Morgan County and a misdemeanor warrant out of Tuscarawas County.
Officer responded to 200 block of West Railroad Street on a property damage accident. No injuries were reported.
Christopher C. Nelson, of West Lafayette, was cited for expired plates, fictitious plates, expired driver license, driving under a financial responsibility act suspension, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
