James R. Sutton, age 46, of 505 N. Kirk Street West Lafayette was charged with theft.
A resident in the 300 block of Fairview reported a neighbor complaint.
A resident in the 200 block of E. Union Avenue reported a domestic situation.
A resident in the 600 block of Plainfield Road reported an unwanted person.
