On Jan. 14, 2017 the West Lafayette Police Department investigated the following calls:
Officer received a loud music complaint in the 300 block of Railroad Street.
A resident in the 600 block of Plainfield Road reported a suspicious person. Upon investigation, Caleb P. Kinkel, age 39, of 610 Plainfield Road Apt. 4E West Lafayette, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear out of Richland County.
