Officer assisted a disabled motorist in the 100 block of South Wall Street.
A resident of Johnson Street reported a theft.
A resident in the 100 block of East Main Street reported a theft.
Danielle Newell of Newcomerstown, was cited for not having two lights displayed and unsafe vehicle.
