4:24 PM: Kathy Gibson, age 62, of 329 E. 7th Street Rear, West Lafayette, struck a parked vehicle in the 200 block of E. 4th Street, owned by Eric Mitchell, age 26, of 810 Grandview Ave. Coshocton. No injuries were reported.
