A resident in the 11 block of East Russell Avenue reported vandalism to a vehicle.
A resident in the 100 block of West 7th Street reported an animal complaint.
A resident in the 300 block of East Main Street reported a disorderly subject.
A resident in the 600 block of Plainfield Road reported an unwanted person.
