William Crawford Neff

William Crawford Neff, age 91, passed away Friday, November 23, 2018 at Altercare of Coshocton. He was born on July 13, 1927 in Bellaire, Ohio to the late Ernest E. and Elizabeth (Robinson) Neff.  On June 17, 1951, he married Caryol Jean (Sherrets) Neff, who survives. He was a graduate of Bowling Green University and worked many years at Clow Water Systems. He was a United States Navy veteran, having served from 1945 to 1946. He and Carol are long time members of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Music was a major part of his life, that included his role as first chair tuba while at Bowling Green to his performances and work with the Community Chorus and the choir at the church.

Along with his wife, he is survived by his children, Tom (Marilyn) Neff of Florida, Ellen Neff of Cleveland and Erik (Phyllis) Neff of Cleveland and grandchildren, Matthew, James, Bronson, Sara, Sonja and Martha Neff.

Per his wishes, a cremation will take place and services will be arranged at a later date.
