Writing group to hold annual book fair

| September 27, 2022

Mark your calendars for Coshocton’s second annual book fair to be held Saturday, Oct. 15, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Frontier Power’s Community Room, 770 S. Second St.

Authors will have tables to display and sell books they’ve written and will autograph them for buyers. People also will have the chance to talk with the authors and ask them questions.

This event is sponsored by Coshocton’s Write-On Writers Guild, which will have its 20th anniversary chapbooks available for sale at $5 each. They contain stories and poems written by members after looking at a certain picture.

There will be two raffle baskets, with the price of a ticket at $1 for one, or six for $5.

Authors who have already reserved a table are coming from New Philadelphia, Byesville, Wooster, Newark, Killbuck, Orient, and Pataskala. There will also be books for sale by members of the Write-On Writers Guild: Cristie Merce, Sharon Mooney, and Glenn Kinkade.

For further information, call the Book Fair Chairperson Cristie Merce at 740-545- 7377, or email Sally Kinkade at gskinkade420@protonmail.com. The group’s Facebook page, Coshocton Write-On Writers, is often updated with new developments.
