Zanesville man charged with felony

On Jan. 2, 2024 at approximately 01:11 a.m. the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on SR 93 near TR 155.

The Sheriff’s Office K9 had a positive alert on the vehicle which resulted in the vehicle being searched. Upon searching the vehicle, a large amount of suspected narcotics and money were located in the vehicle, as well as several unidentified pills. As a result, one male and one female were taken into custody. Assisting at the scene was the West Lafayette Police Department.

On Jan. 2, 2024, 44-year-old Mark A. Vohs of Zanesville, was formally charged with aggravated possession of a controlled substance, a felony of the second degree.
